Conforming: We offer you a wide array of FNMA/FLMC products from 30, 15
year fixed to I/O's. Our pricing is very competitive. We will consider
all
conforming loans as low as 580 FICO score.
Jumbo: We offer jumbo loans up to $2,000,000 from standard doc to
streamline doc.
Hard money loans: from 50k up to 10 mil.

Loan Modifications: (please call or email us for details). We will
negotiate the rate and possible
principal balance
reduction with lender on your or your client behalf.
